How to Receive Your Turf in

Before heading down to the receiving hub, call the locations phone line and give them notice 30-60 minutes before arriving. This can help speed up your delivery at will call. You will need your Pro# and Name associated with delivery.
Once the turf has arrived at hub facility, be sure to take delivery of your turf within 3 days of arriving. Storage fees may apply beyond 3 days.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR DOCK PICKUP
- Warehouse hours are Monday through Friday 9-4 or by special appointment
- Rolls of turf are 15 feet long and can be heavy
- Bring a suitable vehicle for loading such as a trailer, flatbed truck, etc.
- Call warehouse prior to pickup to confirm order and pickup time.
- Turf Kingz is not responsible for any delays or rescheduling for any reason

Turf rolls are primarily 15' wide (long) and tightly rolled on a core about 1'-2' in diameter. Landscape turf generally weighs about 1/2lbs psf, so take your total square footage and divide by 2 to get roll weight.
Yes! Our associate warehouse operators will assist you in loading the rolls onto your transportation as long as they feel it is safe for you to drive off. Consider a Flat bed trailer or renting one. Renting a 26' U-Haul truck can also be an excellent option.

Yes, we can facilitate residential deliveries with a few cautions: It becomes your responsibility getting the rolls off the truck, not necessarily the driver's. The driver will help you in almost all cases but he will not assist in moving the turf beyond the curbside drop point.
