Turf Kingz extends an industry leading 8-year limited warranty on its Shawgrass Trek turf, ensuring the product is free from defects in tufting workmanship within industry-accepted tolerances. The warranty covers fiber degradation, tuft bind, and backing integrity when the turf is installed and maintained according to recommended standards.
What’s Covered:
Fiber Degradation: Ensures no significant deterioration or loss of fiber (defined as a 50% loss of original fiber weight).
Tuft Bind: Guaranteed to meet industry standards under normal use.
Backing Integrity: Warranted against delamination from the turf face.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, neglect, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. If issues arise, customers must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description (including photos or samples) to initiate a claim.
Turf Kingz reserves the right to repair or replace the affected area, based on inspection. Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery and within the 8-year warranty period. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. For full details, refer to the warranty terms.

The weight is about 1/2 lbs. per sqft.
Divide total sqft by 2 for total roll(s) weight.
Please advise to use vehicle with long enough surface bed to lay 10' of the roll or more on and they will load it for you at the delivery dock.
